We had a big, I mean big, family reunion planned with people coming from as far away as New Zealand. And 2 days before guests were to arrive, our Samsung, chef’s collection, slide in gas range went out. We called everybody in the book, most didn’t answer our plea for help and the others were too busy. Appliance Artisan somehow squeezed us in, Paul came the next day, quickly found the problem, ordered the part, and squeezed us in again 1 day before the big dinner party and installed the new sensor and verified everything was working. But sadly he had to leave. We wanted Paul to say for dinner. You guys are the absolute best!!!! And because the range was repaired, we were able to bake fresh Brioche rolls for dinner. Like I said…you guys are the best!!!

They were able to come to fix my dishwasher in a timely manner. The technician Todd was courteous, careful, and thorough. He explained the issue, why he thought the replacement part was needed, and gave a transparent quote with a reasonable turnaround time to complete the work. I really appreciate the fixed diagnostic visit fee — I knew what I was committing to at the start, then could make further decisions from there. Definitely would call them again. My only suggestion is that they improve their system for letting a customer know if the technician is running late.

Excellent service all around. Todd was extremely knowledgeable and right on time. He kept me informed of what he was doing and the cost of everything throughout the process of diagnosing and fixing my washing machine. Tina and Rachel contacted me immediately after I left a message and even offered to squeeze me in on New Year’s Eve! I will use Appliance Artisan exclusively for all my repair needs.

We just want to take the time to recognize and express gratitude for the impeccable customer service we received from this company! Our service call was scheduled promptly, our technician was on-time (does that ever happen anymore?!), and each interaction with a company representative was professional & courteous: the whole process was streamlined and efficient! While that alone is sufficient for a 5-star review, the icing on the cake is when our super ancient oven seemed to be acting up again: all it took me was one call to the company, and they took the initiative to have a tech come out the same day: AFTER hours on a Friday! (And this was after the bill was already paid, and the original issue was already taken care of!) This level of quality customer service is not found often. We will definitely continue to use, trust, and recommend Appliance Artisan in the future.

Had a 12 y/o refrigerator quit working. Jeff came out right on schedule and determined that a circuit board was bad. He went to another job while the parts person tried to find a new board. It turns out the circuit board is no longer made so Jeff went through the schematics and determined what on the board wasn’t working, got the parts and returned after hours and fixed it. Great service at a reasonable price! Probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a service call of any kind. Will definitely use them again.
